Ordrly charges a transaction commission on each order processed through the platform. The rate depends on your plan: Free (15%), Basic (10%), Growth (5%), and Scale (custom rate). Higher plans have lower commission rates, saving you money as you grow.

Absolutely! Retailers pay nothing to use Ordrly — no monthly fees, no annual fees, no transaction fees. Brands fund the platform through their subscription plans and transaction commissions.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfers for US-based businesses. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.

Your data is always safe. When you downgrade, all your products, orders, connections, and history are retained. You simply lose access to premium features that require a higher plan. You can upgrade again anytime to regain access.
