The 2024 James Bond Rolls Royce Phantom III Model Car - Goldfinger Edition - by Corgi is a re-issue of the popular 2017 model. Backstory. The Phantom III plays a standout role in Goldfinger (1964). Auric Goldfinger, 'the man with the Midas touch', melts down gold and recasts it into parts for his Rolls-Royce in order to smuggle the bullion around the world without detection. Driven by Oddjob, his deadly Korean manservant, the car has a twelve-cylinder engine weighing over 7,000 pounds and was capable of cruising at over 100 miles an hour. The passenger compartment conceals the pull-down table where Goldfinger begrudgingly signed a £5,000 cheque to Bond - his prize for winning their game of golf. Details. A 007Store exclusive. Introducing the James Bond Jaws Teeth Silver-plated Paperweight - Numbered Edition, a precious collectible, handmade in a series of just 500. Backstory. 7’2” actor Richard Kiel was first cast as villainous metal-toothed strongman Jaws for The Spy Who Loved Me and proved so popular that he reappeared in Moonraker two years later. The development of the teeth required a few stages. The film’s production designer Ken Adam gave Katharina Kubrick in the art department the job of designing the dentures. Art director Peter Lamont sent Kiel to his dentist in Buckinghamshire for the moulds to be cast. The teeth were then made of a surgical-grade cobalt steel alloy and although uniquely shaped to fit, could only be worn for a few minutes at a time before becoming uncomfortable. Details. This reproduction of Jaws' teeth is cast from 288g brass and then plated with highly polished silver. The paperweight has a heavy feel and is in two parts - upper and lower dentures - which fit together to sit on top of each other. Presented in a black gift box with a Jaws story card and individually numbered certificate.

The James Bond Thunderball Art Print - Numbered Edition features the iconic 1965 film poster artwork by Robert McGinnis and Frank McCarthy. Printed on Hahnemuhle bamboo 290gsm art paper, each edition is supplied with a certificate of authenticity, hand numbered and dated by Eon Productions. This is a numbered series of 1,000. Backstory. After the success of Goldfinger (1964), this poster campaign was intended to reassure cinemagoers that all the things they’d loved about the first three films – the exotic action, the women, the one-liners, the gadgets – were present and correct. The poster announces that the film is on an even grander scale – ‘Here comes the biggest Bond of all!’ In addition, new 007 iconography has been added to the mix, epitomised by the tagline ‘Look out!’, which combines the letter ‘K’ and the number ‘7’. It is a return to escapist fantasy – the art is almost comic-book in style - featuring Bond rocketing upwards on a jet pack, perfectly poised, not a hair out of place. This sense of fun would prove vital to the continuing success and longevity of the franchise. It also includes Bond holding a Walther air pistol which never actually featured in any of the films. This piece of art crept in during a photo shoot for From Russia With Love in 1963, when publicist Tom Carlile showed up with Sean Connery at Magnum photographer David Hurn’s studio without the necessary prop, a Walther PPK handgun. Hurn substituted his own air pistol in the photo shoot, to be used as reference for the poster artist, with the reasoning that they could shorten the barrel in the process of interpretation but they didn’t, and the ‘wrong’ gun shows up in Bond poster art for years to come, even into Roger Moore’s hand.
