For most returns, exchanges, or replacements, the fastest path is to message the brand through your existing order or connection in Ordrly. They can confirm eligibility, restocking rules, and next steps for your account.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If goods arrive damaged, short, or not as ordered, document the issue (photos help) and reach out to the brand promptly. Many suppliers prioritize freight claims and reships when notified quickly.
