Marketplace role

Ordrly facilitates wholesale commerce between independent businesses. Brands and retailers are responsible for their own listings, pricing, fulfillment, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws. We are not a party to your transactions except as needed to operate the platform.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service (for example: fraud, harassment, scraping that degrades the Service, circumventing security, or violating others’ intellectual property). We may investigate abuse and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
