The second order that never came

What one missed reorder is worth

They placed the opening order. Then the account went quiet. This is one more wholesale order from each of those retailers.

Ordrly connects that retailer, emails them when your products are running out, and they place the next PO from that alert.

Pull three numbers from the last 12 months. The total updates as you type.

That reorder count is higher than the retailers you opened. The result uses only the retailers you opened.

$50,000

10 retailers never ordered again × $5,000. One more wholesale order from each.

Invite the accounts that went quiet

Core is $0/month. Retailers stay free.

We'll email this figure, and the occasional note on how to invite those accounts onto Ordrly. Unsubscribe any time.

How Ordrly gets that retailer to reorder

These retailers already bought from you once. The steps below are how the second order starts.

  1. Step 1

Connect the retailer who already ordered

Send the invite to the account that already bought. They join free and order from your live wholesale catalog, price, and stock, instead of emailing a PDF back.

  2. Step 2

Ordrly tells them which of your products are running out

A forecast names the SKUs heading toward a stockout. Their email lists those SKUs, the earliest projected stockout, and a link to reorder. You see the same list with a recommended quantity.

The alert names the stockout. The retailer reorders from that link.

  3. Step 3

They place that next PO from the alert

They open the link and submit the order at the price and stock you actually have. You can also start that wholesale order for them.

Ordrly does not start this PO from what sold on their register. That observed-sales loop is next. Today the second order starts from a low-stock forecast and a reorder they — or you — can place. Ordrly does not promise every silent retailer will buy.
