How It Works
ITB syndrome commonly affects runners through overuse. The iliotibial band runs from the hip to the outside of the knee and often becomes tight or irritated. During running, the band rubs against the bone on the outer knee, which causes pain and inflammation.
The ITB Strap applies pressure to the band and keeps it slightly away from the joint. This action prevents rubbing and reduces pain on the outside of the knee.

Wear Instructions
First, slide the strap onto your leg and position the pad just above the kneecap on the outside of the leg. Next, adjust the strap to the required tension and secure it firmly in place. Finally, check the fit to ensure comfort and stability. However, do not over-tighten, as this may restrict movement or blood flow.
