Open Face Whiskey Barrel Cabinet Created from a real whiskey barrel. Includes two rotating two lazy susan style shelves so you don’t have to take the bottles in front out to get to the ones in the back. Simply rotate the shelf! LED lighting over both shelves that are motion sensing. The barrel head (top) can be laser engraved with just about whatever you want; your favorite bourbon logo, your last name, your company logo, anniversary date, you name it, we’ve probably done it. We also have barrels available with the original distillery stamp on the barrel head if you would prefer that instead of a laser engraved logo. Additional charge may be necessary for certain branded barrels based on availability. Barrel is sanded, sealed, and clear-coated inside and out. The barrels we use for our cabinets can be anywhere from light tan to medium brown, to almost black. If you have a preference for light, medium, or dark let us know in the "special request" field and we will try to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that we use real, used whiskey barrels some so staining (or character) may be present on the exterior of the barrel since all whiskey barrels leak to some extent. *Any special request, please let us know in the special request box. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Due to the high level of customization offered, barrel cabinets are made to order and may take 2-4 weeks for production.*

Drink Recipe Barrel Stave - Whiskey Workshop Authentic bourbon barrel staves that have been laser engraved with one of today's most popular whiskey based drinks. Choose either a recipe for an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. Staves are fully sanded with any loose char removed from the back side prior to being laser engraved. After engraving, the stave is sealed with a Satin clearcoat. Two wall hangers are added on the back of the stave. Staves measure between 34"-35" long and 2.75" to 3.5" wide at the ends. They do have a slight curve along their length (they did come from a barrel after all.) Other recipes might be available so just ask!

Slainte - Laser engraved bourbon barrel stave Authentic bourbon barrel staves that have been laser engraved. Staves are fully sanded with any loose char removed from the back side prior to being laser engraved. After engraving, the stave is sealed with a Satin clearcoat. Two wall hangers are added on the back of the stave. Staves measure between 34"-35" long and 2.75" to 3.5" wide at the ends. They do have a slight curve along their length (they did come from a barrel after all.) These are real barrel staves from a used whiskey barrel. They may have small stress cracks or nicks and scratches. Staves are inspected prior to engraving to make sure that they are structurally sound and any imperfections are purely cosmetic. We feel these imperfections are what give our items character.

Barrel heads are approximately 1 inch thick and solid white oak. They are from real, used whiskey or bourbon barrels and will be charred on the back. We sand and seal both sides of the head so you need not worry about any loose char rubbing off. We also install a wall hanger on the back.
