Description

The R34 was banned from US roads for 25 years. Not because it was dangerous, but because it was embarrassingly fast. Nissan built 11,578 of them between 1999 and 2002, each with a hand-assembled RB26DETT twin-turbo that technicians at Omori personally signed off on. Production ended, the government said no imports, and the legend grew quietly for two decades. R34s now clear six figures at auction, a number that surprised everyone except the people who drove one.
