The R35 GT-R BNR35 runs the VR38DETT 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 that Nissan Motorsport hand-builds and signs off on individually - a process that echoes how the RB26DETT was handled before it. The dual-clutch transmission, the ATTESA-ETS AWD, and a suspension tune refined over seventeen years of production updates have kept the R35 at the performance ceiling for cars this side of a supercar price.
