How Much Does NuORDER Cost? Pricing and Simpler Alternatives for Small Wholesale Brands

The short answer

NuORDER does not publish a full price list. Its subscriptions are quoted after a sales conversation. Its own pages do show a few numbers: "$600 USD/mo." on its online wholesale page (with the note that plans vary by business size), a standard implementation fee of $7,500 or more, and published card and ACH processing rates. Your real total depends on seats, integrations and how you take payments.

That's the headline. If you run a small wholesale brand, though, the more useful question is what you'll actually pay over a year, and how to compare that across tools. This guide covers what NuORDER publishes, the cost pieces to look at in any B2B order portal, and how Ordrly prices it, so you can do the math for your own business.

What NuORDER publishes about its pricing

Everything here comes from NuORDER's own pages and help desk, checked on November 3, 2026. Where NuORDER doesn't publish a number, we say so instead of guessing.

Subscription

NuORDER's online wholesale page shows "$600 USD/mo." and says "Plans vary based on the size and scale of your wholesale business," followed by an invitation to request a demo to learn about pricing and packages. Its Retail Ready Package page answers "How much does the NuORDER B2B platform cost?" by saying it offers several paid subscription packages and that you get a quote from a representative.

Some software directories list a starting figure. GetApp, for example, reports "Starting from: USD 7,000.00/year" and also says to contact NuORDER for pricing. That's a reported directory figure, not an official NuORDER price.

Implementation

NuORDER refers to a "standard implementation fee ($7,500+)" on its Retail Ready Package page, where it's offered as waived, along with 3 months free, for brands that upgrade. A separate ERP offer page says the implementation fee ("value starting at $7500") is waived for a limited time for new customers who integrate with systems like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Apparel Magic, RLM, Shopify or QuickBooks. Restrictions may apply.

Free plan

NuORDER lists a free plan, "Complimentary Retail Access." Per its Retail Ready Package page, it's limited to select brands selling to its exclusive retail network (department stores like Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's and Macy's). It comes with restricted buyer access and manual imports and exports. It isn't a general free tier for any brand.

Payments

NuORDER's help desk publishes its payment rates. Through Lightspeed Payments, the payment processing fees article lists 2.9% + $0.30 per credit card transaction and 0.80% for ACH in the US. International cards cost an extra 1.5%. According to its getting started with payments article, brands that bring their own processor pay NuORDER 0.50% per transaction, billed quarterly, on top of their processor's rates, with specific terms negotiated with an account executive. The help desk also says bring-your-own-processor support depends on your plan and currently applies to Enterprise-level brands.

Who it's built for

NuORDER, now part of Lightspeed, is a full wholesale commerce platform. It offers virtual showrooms, whiteboarding, promotions, ERP integrations and a department-store retail network. A brand that sells to major retailers, has a sales team and runs an ERP can get real value from that depth. A five-person brand selling to independent shops may be paying for more than it needs, so it helps to break the cost into parts.

The cost pieces to compare in any wholesale ordering portal

B2B order portal pricing rarely comes down to one number. When you compare tools, put these pieces side by side.

1. Subscription

Is there a monthly or annual fee, and is it published? Find out whether the price you're quoted covers every feature or whether some features cost more.

2. Per-order or transaction fees

Some tools take a percentage of each order on top of the subscription. That percentage is easy to miss and it grows with your sales. Work it out at your current wholesale volume and at double that volume.

3. Setup and onboarding

One-time implementation fees can cost more than a year of a small tool's subscription. Ask what's included, such as data import, catalog setup and training, and whether there's a waiver.

4. Payment processing

Card and ACH fees are real costs no matter which tool you use. What matters is whether they're shown separately at a clear rate or bundled into another fee.

5. Contract length

Annual contracts lock in the cost even if the tool doesn't fit. Monthly billing lets you leave if it doesn't work out.

6. Seats and integrations

Ask whether price rises with users, sales reps or connected systems like Shopify or an ERP. Small teams often add a rep or a bookkeeper later.

A quick "what to look for" checklist

  • Can I see the price without booking a demo?

  • What's my all-in cost for a year at my current order volume?

  • Is there an implementation fee, and what does it cover?

  • Are processing fees separate and stated at cost?

  • Monthly or annual commitment?

  • Do features or seats cost extra?

  • Is it free for my retailers to order?

  • Does it help with reorders, not just the first order?

How Ordrly prices it

Ordrly is a brand-to-retailer wholesale ordering and reorder network. Its prices are on the pricing page, and every plan gets the same software. Paid plans lower the Network Fee. They don't unlock features.

  • Core: $0/month, 1.5% Network Fee

  • Basic: $99.99/month, 1.25% Network Fee

  • Growth: $449.99/month, 0.75% Network Fee

  • Scale: $999.99/month, 0.35% Network Fee

  • Enterprise: custom, negotiated Network Fee

Plans are monthly only, with no annual contract, and paid plans come with a 15-day trial. The Network Fee covers ordering, payments, Net Terms, reorders, inventory intelligence and transaction history. Card and ACH processing are billed separately at cost through Stripe. Retailers pay nothing to use Ordrly.

There's one more fee to know about. If Ordrly introduces you to a retailer you didn't already have, a 15% acquisition fee applies to the first completed order from that retailer only, and it replaces the Network Fee on that order. On a $500 first order, that's $75. Later orders from that retailer use your plan's Network Fee. Retailers you bring, invite or import never get charged the acquisition fee.

A note on Net Terms: brands offer the terms to their retailers. For eligible brands, Ordrly's trade finance covers accounts receivable, credit underwriting and collections. It isn't financing for retailers.

A quick worked example

Say you do $8,000 a month in wholesale orders with retailers you already have. On Core, you'd pay $120 a month in Network Fees and no subscription. On Basic, you'd pay $99.99 plus $100 in fees, so Core costs less at that volume. Paid plans start to pay off as volume grows. Growth, for example, beats Basic once you're above roughly $70,000 a month. Processing is extra under either plan.

Run your own numbers. Start on Core for $0/month. You can change plans when your volume justifies it.

Don't forget the cost of missed reorders

Software fees are only part of the cost. Retailers who don't reorder on time cost you too, and that loss never shows up on an invoice. Before you pick a tool, use the free missed reorders calculator to estimate what late or lost reorders cost you.
