Subscription Plans and the Network Fee

How brand plans work

Every brand gets the same Ordrly software. A plan changes the Ordrly Network Fee on orders from retailers you already work with. It does not unlock features.

Core is $0 per month at a 1.5% Network Fee. Paid plans lower that fee:

• Core — $0/month — 1.5% Network Fee
• Basic — $99.99/month — 1.25% Network Fee
• Growth — $449.99/month — 0.75% Network Fee
• Scale — $999.99/month — 0.35% Network Fee, plus priority support
• Enterprise — monthly price and Network Fee are negotiated

Basic, Growth, and Scale include a 15-day free trial.

Marketplace fee

If Ordrly introduces a retailer, a 15% Marketplace fee applies to the first completed order only. It replaces the Network Fee on that order. Later orders use the plan's Network Fee.

Card and ACH processing are billed separately at cost.

Retailers

Retailers use Ordrly free. They do not pay a Network Fee or a monthly plan.

Changing your plan

1. Open Billing in the brand dashboard, under Settings.
2. Choose Basic, Growth, or Scale.
3. Finish checkout in Stripe.

The new Network Fee applies to later in-network orders. Cancelling a paid plan returns the brand to Core and the published Network Fee.
