This Heart Making Kit is designed especially for use by a small gathering of heartists. It's perfect for a school, community group, business or a special event like a Hen's Day or birthday party. I'm not sure what the collective noun is for heartists - a hug? A huddle? A herd?? Whatever it is, this kit is for you! It really speaks to the connection and community aspect of 1000 Hearts, bringing people together in the name of kindness. The kit contains enough materials to make 50 hearts and has needles & instructions for ten people. You could also use this kit with a smaller group or purchase multiple kits if you are planning for a larger group. You just need to supply small scissors, a venue and the cups of tea! Each kit contains: - 10 x 1000 Heart-making instructions sheet - 50 heart pairs cut from 100% wool felt in assorted colours (100 pre-cuts) - embroidery thread to sew your hearts - 10 needles - 50g stuffing for the hearts Each purchase also includes a hard copy of the workshop guidelines (NB, this is one per order, even if multiple kits are ordered). Hearts in these kits are cut using a customised die, so colours can be mixed and matched :) Kits come in a choice of colour schemes: bright pastel earthy rainbow A word of warning...making hearts is seriously addictive, especially when you see people's response when you give them a heart. Dark hearts are perfect for moments of grief, sadness and struggle. They offer acknowledgment that life can be difficult and sometimes seems to lose its colour. The variegated rainbow stitching symbolises the hope that holds us together in dark times. Made from pure wool felt and stuffing, these hearts are hand cut and sewn by me, and measure 4.5cm wide. This kit is the OG, the place it all started, the first product I ever created for 1000 Hearts. The Original Heart Starter Kit is perfect if you're wanting to go back to where we started and have the full pocket heart experience (go on, you know you want to!) The kit contains enough felt and thread to make 25-30 pocket hearts (stuffing is not provided). You'll need to use the template to cut your own hearts from the felt - this is truly making hearts from scratch and I love it! You can choose your kit from three colour schemes: bright, pastel and earthy rainbow. Join our kindness community by making pocket hearts for anyone who needs a little love.Hearts are pre-cut to the 1000 Hearts shape from beautiful hand-dyed pure wool felt, which provides amazing variations across the felts, meaning each pre-cut is completely unique.These hearts have been die-cut using a customised die so each heart is exactly the same and colours can be mixed and matched as you please. Pre-cuts come in packs of 50, with colours as shown for each pack. Some are cut from one piece of felt, so the variation is subtler, with the same colours in each pre-cut, but different dye patterns. Other packs are cut from different dyed pieces, giving you more colour variation. Hearts are 4.5cm wide. These heart charms are cut in the shape of the original 1000 Hearts template, made from durable timber and have a hole in them so you can attach them wherever you like. Templates are 4.5cm wide and come in a biodegradable cellophane bag with a little 1000 Hearts card. Perfect for heart-makers to draw or cut around again and again when those paper templates get a bit ragged....or just hang it from your bag, sewing kit or key chain to show that you're a proud heartist who believes in kindness. Perfect for those who prefer a natural woodsy look to their craft supplies, each template is different due to the variations in wood grain and colour. These come in three different wood types; Tas Oak (light wood with a pretty grain), Blackwood (darker colour with a nice grain finish) and Sassafras (variegated wood colour on one side, paler on the back).

Designed to be given, shared and carried in random acts of kindness :)Hand cut and stitched by Sarah, the founder of 1000 Hearts, they are made from pure wool felt and stuffing, so they are kind to our planet too. Hearts are sold individually, and the price is for a single heart - you can order one or several. They are 4.5cm wide and are small enough to be stashed in a pocket, pencil case, handbag or wallet. Each heart has two colours because each side is different. You can choose bright, bold hearts or soft, sweet pastels (or a combination of both!) These heart charms are cut in the shape of four original heart templates, drawn by Sarah, the founder of 1000 Hearts. You can choose a pastel or bright set - or get one of each! At their widest point, the templates measure: Large: 6.5cm Medium: 4.5cm (this is the original 1000 Hearts template) Small: 3.2cm Tiny: 2.2cm The large template is great for people who want to make pocket hearts and find it easier to work with bigger pieces. The little ones can be used to make tiny layered hearts, or to create mini pocket hearts (so cute!!) All four templates can be used to make embellished and layered hearts and are basically the gateway to endless creativity! You can use these templates to draw around to create your own from paper or card, or if you prefer, you can cut around the acrylic template itself - it's up to you to decide what works best and fits with your style. This set is perfect for heartists who want to get creative and try different things with the hearts.
