On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me....the 1000 Hearts Twelve Days of Christmas pack, and now I love them for eternity....!!! Please note, these boxes are a limited edition, so please order early to avoid disappointment. Treat yourself or a loved one to a special treat for Christmas - twelve individually wrapped little parcels all tucked into a very special Christmas-themed box so you can do a lucky dip on 12 days leading up to Christmas. Start on 14th December and open one a day, start on 1st December and have one every second day, open them all at once, start early so you can craft Christmas gifts or just open them randomly - it's up to you. It's designed so each parcel is a surprise, but you are guaranteed to get: pre-cut hearts buttons threads a heart handmade by Sarah other treats Some items are Christmas-themed and some are for any time of year. Like all my products, I aim to give value for money and provide some fun! Most product variations are not currently available in-store and are unique to this pack. The spirit of 1000 Hearts captured in a piece of art to treasure forever. A collection of 12 embellished hearts or one large, layered heart, stitched onto a hand dyed felt backing, in a custom-made box frame. Designed, created and hand-stitched by Sarah, the founder of 1000 Hearts. Perfect as a gift for self or other, these pieces serve as a reminder of kindness, creativity, community and love. Each piece is completely unique and measures about 17cm square, framed in a custom-made wooden box frame, which can sit on any surface or be hung on a wall.

Hand cut and stitched from pure wool felt, this pocket heart has two layers and features the words KINDNESS ADDICT and stitch detail as pictured. Each one is unique and limited edition, hand-made with love and care. Hearts are sold individually and the price is for one heart. These make a beautiful gift for yourself or others. The hearts are tactile and pretty robust, with everything stitched down firmly. Measuring 9cm wide (larger than the original 1000 Hearts template and the 6cm hearts), each heart is made with love and is one of a kind. They come packaged in a biodegradable cellophane bag with a 1000 Hearts mini card. Please note that hearts are not made as toys and may pose a choking hazard for young children.

These pre-cut packs include a combination of divine hand-dyed wool felt and plain colours, making it easy to pair a hand-dyed pre-cut with a plain back in a coordinating colour. Hearts are pre-cut to the 1000 Hearts shape from beautiful pure wool felt. The hand-dyeing process provides amazing variations across the felts, meaning each pre-cut is completely unique.These hearts have been die-cut using a customised die so each heart is exactly the same and colours can be mixed and matched as you please. Pre-cuts come in packs of 50, with colours as shown for each pack. Hearts are 4.5cm wide.

Heart Ladies

1000 Hearts

Delightful little Heart Ladies, designed to oversee and protect Heartists, makers and kind people. These peg dolls come from a beautiful collaboration between two makers, Sarah from 1000 Hearts and Amy from Sunshine Dandelion Art. Each one has been created to symbolise different aspects of 1000 Hearts and represent kindness, connection and care. Dot - with her grey hair and blue dress covered in hearts, Dot is a wise Heart Lady who believes in spreading kindness anywhere and everywhere. She is a true kindness addict and makes endless hearts for everyone. Named by Amy, during her creation. Lillian - flowers grow everywhere around Lillian and she believes kindness flourishes when nurtured. Lil's goal is to spread kindness like seeds and watch them sprout. Named for my children's great-grandmother who also inspired the Nana's Garden pre-cuts pack. Jemima - Jemima keeps a heart in her pocket at all times, because you never know when you might need a bit of courage. Being rather shy, Jemima likes to give hearts out quietly and often anonymously, sometimes lurking nearby to watch the reaction they elicit. Named by my shy Jase, who only chooses J names (his sons are Josh, Jayden and Jacob). Amy - with her basket full of hearts, Amy always has kindness ready to share. Creative, smart and practical, Amy is sensitive to the needs of others and always knows when to step forward with a kind word. Named for the creator of these lovely peg dolls. Maude - with a rainbow dress and a huge heart, Maude is always ready with a hug and a smile when she's out in the world (which she almost always is). Named for our little black rabbit, Remy, who had many strange nicknames. I cannot explain how a boy rabbit became Maude, but it is what it is. Hand painted and varnished with love and care in South Australia. Each Heart Lady stands at just under 9cm tall. Made and designed by Amy at Sunshine Dandelion Art.

Happy Heart - Limited Edition Box

1000 Hearts

This limited-edition Happy Heart box has been created to bring moments of joy to nourish and uplift you. Treat yourself or a loved one to something special; each box contains individually wrapped little parcels all tucked into a branded cardboard box so you can dip in as needed. Each item is handmade by me or a maker connected to 1000 Hearts in some way, and each is wrapped with a little note explaining why I have included it. The idea is that each parcel will gladden your heart and bring happiness. You can open all the packages at once, set a schedule, or simply choose one when you need a lift - it's completely up to you. The Regular Box contains 12 packages, valued at over $150, while the Deluxe Box contains 16 packages, valued at over $330. The items in each are similar - the Deluxe is just a bigger version, with more variety. It's designed so each parcel is a surprise, but you are guaranteed to get: felt pre-cut hearts fabric pre-cut hearts thread a heart handmade by Sarah items handmade by Australian small businesses/makers other treats (and there are some good ones!!) Kit - Palliative Care Tasmania Fundraiser

1000 Hearts

Make and share hearts to support Palliative Care Tasmania (PCT). Pre-cut hearts are provided in PCT's fabulous brand colours, which look amazing when stitched in various combinations (examples pictured). You can share your hearts to spread awareness or send them to PCT to be shared in palliative care services. 20% of sales will be donated to PCT, a registered charity and the peak representative body for specialist, hospice and community-supported palliative care in Tasmania (my home state). At its heart, PCT aims to empower the community through awareness, information and engagement. The partnership with 1000 hearts helps to open conversations around palliative care and increase understanding about mindfulness, kindness and strengthening community. This kit has everything you need to make 20 pocket hearts. It's perfect for Heartists who like to contribute to our community through a gentle, meaningful stitching project. The Pocket Heart - a story by Wendy Fox

1000 Hearts

This story was inspired by 1000 Hearts and written by Wendy Fox, a Guidance Officer, educator and storyteller who is passionate about helping children understand their hearts, their brains and their feelings. She happily agreed to share her lovely book through the 1000 Hearts website as a free resource. Wendy first encountered 1000 Hearts when a heart was gifted to her during a time of personal struggle. She said, "I am living proof that your pocket hearts sprinkle kindness into people’s lives in the most powerful and timely ways." Through her work in schools, Wendy sees every day how small moments of kindness can help children feel safe, calm and ready to learn. Wendy shared The Pocket Heart Story with the following words to me: "Through my role as a Guidance Officer working with children and families, I have had the privilege of sharing these hearts with students, particularly in moments when they need comfort, reassurance, and connection. I have seen firsthand the calm and safety they can bring. This story grew from those moments. It is my attempt to gently translate that experience into a form children can understand, helping them recognise that even when feelings are big, they are cared for, they are safe, and they are not alone. I wanted to reach out to you personally to say thank you. Your simple act of stitching and sharing small hearts has travelled far beyond what any of us could measure. It has reached into classrooms, into families, and into moments that truly matter. I am attempting, in my own small way, to honour your legacy by continuing to share this kindness where I can."
